Mr. Paul Richard Osogo is the Government and Diplomatic Liaison Officer of the Africa Research and Impact Network and has held different Liaison positions at the African Centre for Technology Studies (ACTS), International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) among others.

Paul is a self-driven, highly motivated and results oriented Government & Diplomatic Liaison Officer with over fifteen years of diplomatic experience. Areas of expertise include: Foreign Policy; International Trade & Investment; Public Policy; Protocol; Administration & Management.

Paul holds a Master of Arts in Social Transformation (Governance) from Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA) and BA in Sustainable Human Development (Upper Second-Class Honors) from Tangaza University College (CUEA), Kenya.
