Ms. Norma Audrey GUITINZIA since 2016 has worked in the context of the environment, in particular within the framework of the European project for the Congo Basin CV4C within the framework of independent observation of forests. She was Coordinator of the Global Ecovillage Network (GEN – RCA) association where she piloted four consecutive projects for the participation and inclusion in forest and climate governance and peace processes with women and local communities and indigenous peoples from 2018 to 2022.

Consultant in 2022 in community consultation for the implementation of the national investment framework in the context of REDD+, she became passionate about finance and climate change by obtaining her diploma as an expert in financing the CDNs of Franckfurt School of Finance & Management, becoming since 2023 ambassador for the promotion of NDC financing.

She is now Coordinator of her own association called Help for Orientation and Positive Extension (H.O.P.E), whose primary vocation is Peace, becoming a cross-cutting field in scientific, climate change and financial research, health and education. Very active in peace field by her adhesion in the program of UNAOC in Central African Republic, she is performing also her education for economy and peace to help for a better sustainable development.
