Ongyoumous Balotoken Catherine Germaine is an independent diplomat, expert in regional integration and development cooperation. Holder of a master’s degree in international relations with a specialization in regional integration and management of community institutions from the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon (IRIC) and a master’s degree in public law from the University of Ngaoundere in Cameroon. She is also a migration researcher and consultant for several NGOs. she is also a social entrepreneur, founder and executive director of the association Alerte à nos maladies, based in yaoundé in Cameroon.

She has skills in the defense of human rights, communication, research, which she has developed in turn in a law firm, in audiovisual companies.

Author of a book published by European university editions, she is a migration researcher and consultant for several NGOs.
