Steve Andele is an accomplished economist with extensive experience in quantitative development research, impact evaluation, and socio-economic policy analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Research & Data Analysis at DataUpSkill, he has successfully established strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, developed research policies, and driven innovation through strategic planning. Steve has also held academic positions, including Tutorial Fellow at Kisii University, where he has mentored students and contributed to curriculum development. His expertise spans impact evaluation, econometric modeling, and data analysis using tools such as STATA, SPSS, and Python. Steve holds an MA in Economics and a Ph.D. in Economics, both from Maseno University. Passionate about using data-driven insights to inform policy, he has contributed to various research projects addressing climate change, food security, and youth engagement in agriculture.
